Mr. Lakmal Rodrigo serves as the of Head of Finance and Compliance at Lanka Industrial Estates Limited from May 2025 onwards. Lakmal is an experienced professional in Capital Markets/Finance/Compliance and Auditing for more than 24 years. Lakmal has served at Abans Limited, Colombo Stock Exchange and LOLC Securities Limited, during his professional career. Prior joining Lanka Industrial Estates Limited, he served at LOLC Securities Limited for 14 years since its inception, holding the positions of Senior Manager – Finance and Senior Manager – Compliance, overlooking the Finance and Compliance functions of the company.

Lakmal holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Special) degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA Sri Lanka).
