Lindel is pleased to announce that we have been awarded joint runners-up with Sri Lanka Telecom in the Infrastructure and Utilities sector at the National Business Excellence Awards (NBEA) ceremony held on June 20, 2024.

Lindel starts the year with the traditional lighting of oil lamps and other activities which include the articulation of the 2024 plan by the CEO followed by a lunch.

We effectively organized and distributed essential school supplies to 46 students as part of LINDEL’s annual CSR (community development) initiative.

Annual trips always helps employees to have better understandings and create a better bond between them, which later at works helps them to be more interactive and creative which helps them to express their ideas more freely which helps them to be more productive at work.

Supporting the local community has always been a part of Lindel’s corporate culture. One common problem identified by the Group is that in many schools children in the vicinity are having a problem going to school even due to a lack of school needs.
